How to Set Up or Change Your PIN Settings - (16063)

Press the MENU key to access the main menu.
Use the up and down arrows to highlight Parental Lock feature.
Use the left and right arrows to move between the features and option lists.
Use the up and down arrows to highlight PIN Settings and press OK.
Highlight the Change option and press OK.
You will be prompted to enter your personal four-digit PIN code. First-time users will be prompted twice to confirm your PIN.

Note: The default PIN at the time of installation was 1234.

If you forget your PIN, please call us at 1-866-SUREWEST (1-866-787-3937) to have your services reset.
Press EXIT to return to normal TV and the left arrow to return to the previous list(s).
