How do I change my email password? - (16289)

Use your My SureWest account to change email passwords.


If you do not remember your primary email address password or any of your email passwords, then use the Forgot Password? link on My SureWest homepage.


  1. In a web browser, navigate to My SureWest and login to your My SureWest account.
    Note: You MUST login as the primary account user if you wish to change email address passwords other than your own personal email address.

  2. Click on the Account Management link

  3. Click on the Password Management button.
  4. Select the edit button next to the email address password you wish to change.
  5. Complete the Password and Confirm Password fields.
    Note: Passwords MUST be at least 7 characters in length (minimum) and contain at least 3 of the following: uppercase. lowercase, numbers, or symbols e.g., Brody2112
  6. Click the submit button.
  7. Result: The change will process immediately and return you to the Account Management page.
