Use My SureWest (www.surewest.net) to change e-mail passwords.

Procedure

1. Login to My SureWest (www.surewest.net).

   Note:

   You MUST login as the primary account user if you wish to change surewest.net e-mail address passwords other than your own personal e-mail address.

   
   
2. Click on the Homepage Settings link




3. From the My Services page, click on the Password Management button.



4. Select the edit button next to the e-mail address password you wish to change.



5. Complete the Password and Confirm Password fields.

   Note:

   Passwords MUST be at least 7 characters in length (minimum) and contain at least 3 of the following: uppercase. lowercase, numbers, or symbols.

6. Click the submit button.
