The initial login process is designed to securely set up your My SureWest (www.surewest.net) account. In addition to your username and password, you may be asked to provide additional account information to establish your My SureWest (www.surewest.net) account. What is my My SureWest username?

Primary E-mail Address

The username for your My SureWest (www.surewest.net) login is the primary e-mail address listed on your SureWest billing account. Normally a primary e-mail address is established when your SureWest account is created.

Your primary e-mail address can be one of the following:

  • SureWest e-mail address (i.e., jsmith@surewest.net )
  • Non-SureWest e-mail address (i.e., jsmith@gmail.com, jsmith@hotmail.com, etc.)

If you have forgotten your primary e-mail address, call us at 1.866.SureWest (1.866.787.3937).

Sub-account E-mail Address

You can also log in to My SureWest (www.surewest.net) with any of your non-primary surewest.net e-mail addresses. For example, if your primary e-mail is ilovebacon@surewest.net but you have other surewest.net addresses on your account, you can use these to log into My SureWest (www.surewest.net).

What is my My SureWest password?

If your My SureWest (www.surewest.net) username is a SureWest e-mail address (i.e., jsmith@surewest.net), then the password for your My SureWest (www.surewest.net) is the e-mail account password.

If you have forgotten your SureWest e-mail password, you have the following options:

  • Click here to reset your password.
  • Call us at 1.866.SureWest (1.866.787.3937).
Note:
  • If you are resetting your SureWest e-mail password it must be at least 7 characters long and 3 of those characters must be upper case, lower case, numbers, or symbols.
  • If you change your SureWest e-mail password and it is set on a mobile device (i.e., Blackberry, iPhone, etc.) or in another e-mail client (Outlook, Live Mail, Mac Mail, etc.), you MUST update your new password in the device or e-mail client software.

If your My SureWest (www.surewest.net) username is a non-Surewest e-mail address (i.e., jsmith@hotmail.com), your password is your SureWest billing account password.

If you have forgotten your SureWest billing account password, you have the following options:

  • Click here to reset your password.
  • Call us at 1.866.SureWest (1.866.787.3937).
