The Security Question is an added means of verification. If you need to access your account, but have forgotten your password, answering the security question allows you to change your password online.

Primary e-mail or sub account account username and password

Typically your primary e-mail address is set up when you start your SureWest account. If you have not set one up you will be prompted to do so when logging in to My SureWest. If you have set one up and do not remember it, call 1-866-SUREWEST. |

- If you are setting up your primary account this is the primary e-mail address and password
- If you are setting up a sub account this is the surewest.net e-mail address and its password
