What is Online Billing and Payment?
For your convenience, SureWest offers a secure online billing and payment support service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to fit your schedule. This is a free service and when used with the paperless billing option can provide you with an easy and convenient way to manage your SureWest account. It’s quick, it’s easy, it’s secure!
Online Billing Support: You can view a history of your bills online which means you do not have to save your paper bills. Plus, you can go green and stop paper bills from coming to your house. View all your bills online and print what you need, when you need it.
Each month you will receive an e-mail advising you that your new bill is ready to view.
Online Payment Support: Pay your bills using the secure payment options. Make one payment at a time each month using your checking or credit card accounts, or use our automatic recurring payment option for convenient transactions that will pay on time each month.

Logging in to Online Billing and Payments
Follow these instructions to log in to the online billing and payment service:
- Login to My Surewest (www.surewest.net)
- Click Billing & Payment on the My SureWest homepage.

One-Time Payment
The one-time payment option allows you to pay a single bill using funds from a checking or credit card account. If you want to set up recurring payments that automatically come out of your account each month, see the Recurring Payment Option instructions. Follow these instructions to submit a one-time bill payment.
- Login to My Surewest (www.surewest.net)
- Click Billing & Payment on the My SureWest homepage.

- Select the Make a payment link.

- Select either Pay by Check or Pay by Credit Card in the One-time Payment Options box.
- Enter the appropriate account information and click Pay Bill

Recurring Payments
Recurring payments automatically come out of your account each month. This option allows for convenient transactions that will pay on time each month. Follow these instructions to set up recurring payments.
- Login to My Surewest (www.surewest.net)
- Click Billing & Payment on the My SureWest homepage.

- Select the Set-up auto payments link.

- Select Sign Up for Recurring Payment in the Recurring Payment Options module.
- Read through the terms and conditions for recurring payments. Click the Accept. Sign Up for Recurring Payment. link.
- Choose to pay by checking or savings, or credit card.
- Enter the appropriate account information and click Continue.
- Confirm that you have set up recurring payments. You should see a message that your recurring payment setup was successful. Keep the transaction ID for your records.
