Follow these instructions to set up paperless billing:
- Login to My Surewest (www.surewest.net)
- Click the Billing & Payment on the My SureWest homepage.

- Click the Paperless Billing link.

- Select No under the Receive Printed Bill? section and then click the Submit button.

Set up an e-mail to receive notifications.
| IMPORTANT: |
You MUST set up an e-mail address to receive important billing notifications. If you have previously set up an e-mail address you will see it displayed in the left hand column of the Online Billing page under your name and address.

- Click on the Establish or change your notification email address link in the upper left hand portion of the main screen

- Enter your e-mail address in the Change Your Email field and then click the Submit button
