Follow these instructions to set up paperless billing:

1. Login to My Surewest (www.surewest.net)
2. Click the Billing & Payment on the My SureWest homepage.

   

3. Click the Stop paper bills! link.

   

4. Select the Paperless Billing link from the left-hand menu.
   
   
   
   
5. Select No under the Receive Printed Bill? section. Click Submit.

Set up an e-mail to receive notifications.

1. Click on the Change Email link in the upper left hand portion of the main screen



2. Click on the Change Email link.



3. Enter your e-mail address in the New Email Address field.
4. Click the Submit button
