The one-time payment option allows you to pay a single bill using funds from a checking or credit card account. If you want to set up recurring payments that automatically come out of your account each month, see the
Set-up auto payment instructions. Follow these instructions to submit a one-time bill payment.
- Login to My Surewest (www.surewest.net)
- Click Billing & Payment on the My SureWest homepage.
- Select the Make a payment link.
- Select either Pay by Check or Pay by Credit Card in the One-time Payment Options box.
- Enter the appropriate account information and click the Continue button.
